Show only icons from current desktop

In suse 9.3 I could configure linux to show only icons (minimized
windows) that are in the desktop I am. (Or show all icons).

Also, I could set a different image for each desktop.

I can’t do how to do these 2 things in 11.1 or if it’s something that
11.1 can’t do.

The most important thing for me are the icons, because I use it for
work. Images is only for fun.

Thanks in advance for answer this very little issue

Above bold is possible in kde3 and kde4
I’m not sure you could ever have desktop icons different for each
virtual desktop?

Box: Linux 2.6.25.18-0.2 x86_64 | OS 11.0 | (KDE4.1.86) “5.1” | M2N4-SLI
| AMD 64 X2 5200+ | nVidia 8500GT | 2GB RAM

I’m sure I had.

I have (well… had :frowning: some are gone) 6 dogs, and I had 6 desktop, and
there was 1 desktop for each dog. I right-click in the task bar and
there was an option that lets you choice if you want to see all icons
from all desktop or only icons from current desktop.

hanks for the feedback anyway
