I’ve got a pc with two ethernet card eth0 and eth1 and an ADSL modem (no router). I want to use it as gateway to allow to have an internet connection with my xbox. Now the question is: how have I to configure the routing table with yast? Until now I tried to enable the ip forwarding but I think it isn’t sufficient. I don’t know if I have to use in the routing table the device dsl0 or not (dsl0 is pppoe connection when I’m connected to Internet). Can anybody help me please? My configuration:
eth1 192.168.0.2 mask 255.255.255.0
xbox 192.168.0.3 mask 255.255.255.0
eth0 192.168.1.X (assigned by my modem with DCHP on this subnet)
dsl0 xxx.xxx.xx.xx public IP
