Shaping in OpenSUSE

I want to install HTB and webhtb on my openSUSE 11 for trafic shaping. I’m not very good at linux, but i know the basic stuff. What i want is a guide or tutorial that i can understand how to install HTB. I’ve searched the entire internet but i didn’t find anything understandable by me. Thanks in advance.

Or do you have any other ideas for shaping in SUSE 11?

Looking at what WEBHTB claims to do, I suspect that you already have the tools installed to do what it does.

If no-one is able to answer your query directly, then, rather than asking about WEBHTB, say what you particularly want to do and someone may be able to point you to the appropriate tool.
