Hi all:
I’m trying to encrypt my home directory in Yast2 but get an error message: “System error code 3033”. Is openSUSE taking lessons from MS? Give some information! Internet search turned up mostly MS stuff, nothing I could trace to linux that was applicable.
I tried searching in opensuse homepage search but ran into a problem there. The first page of 20 hits came up okay (all Gnome package lists) but I couldn’t get to the next page. The link at the bottom of the page for “View (Previous 20) (next 20)” is not active. When the mouse hovers over next, the cursor turns to the text bar cursor.
Anyone know what “system error code 3033” is?
What I was doing at the time. In Yast2 > System > Partitioning > selected partition (dev/sda7 - my home partition) > Edit > encrypt > Next > Finish when error box displayed with that message.
