severe truncation

from here i can’t tell what caused this:

nntp side:

From: oldcpu <oldcpu@no-mx.forums.opensuse.org>
Newsgroups: opensuse.org.help.install-boot-login
Subject: Re: Black screen with working cursor after login as user
Message-ID: <oldcpu.54d49g@no-mx.forums.opensuse.org>

contains only: “Perhaps also advise us as to:”

while the http side:

http://forums.opensuse.org/english/get-technical-help-here/install-boot-login/469337-black-screen-working-cursor-after-login-user.html#post2415276

has LOTs more…

if this is caused by the gateway being fed http post while still being
written/edited, can’t vBulletin be ‘taught’ to only feed after the
post is committed?

if there is another cause, please fix that also…or, at least give the
nntp posters the same chance to pollute the http side with severely
mangled posts…

Yep. I need to work with Kim to get the fix for that on the production
box. It’s a rare problem (only 3 instances of it in the history of these
and the Novell forums combined that I’m aware of), but it is an NNTP
termination point that we’ve discussed before.
