Im a new user in OpenSuse 10.3, I open my client pc and i try to access our server through telnet and yet I can’t connect it? Pls help me how to configure telnet in the server console ?

NEVER use telnet… it is completely insecure. Instead use SSH. You
may need to open your firewall (TCP port 22) and if you are stuck in
windows for your client you’ll need an SSH client (Putty is the
most-popuar, and it’s open-source, and of course free and trivial to
install) but otherwise it is the only way you should do this type of
thing. ‘telnet’ is a huge security hole.

Not sure what you are trying to do.
Is openSUSE 10.3 running on the client, the server, or both?
If not both, what is running on the other machine?
What kind of service do you want to connect to on the server?
Why do you want or have to use the obsolete and insecure Telnet protocol?
What is between your client and your server - just a direct Ethernet
LAN connection, some sort of firewall, or perhaps a long distance or
Internet connection?
