Setting up a local repository for suse

Hello all,

I have 3 cd isos which had been modified for production environment in my company. (Linux suse cd 1 bootable, cd2 and cd3).

Also, i would like to make a repository from these iso.

I have three questions :

Is it possible to make a repository from iso directly ? It seems it is possble with a smb/cifs share… I’m not sure.

In the best case, i would like to connect by ftp on my repository. What is the procedure in order to create the repo from iso cd ?

Finally, is there a way to configure client repo directly in the file without use yast command. For example in debian we can configure the source in /etc/apt/sources.list.

Thanks in advance
Best regards
