if i need to set the energy-settings in OpenSuse Leap 42.2 - where to do that!?

i have had a closer look at the settings in YAST - but i did not find anything

you need to be more specific, if you want the simple ones in plasma, click on the battery icon in tool bar or uses DE settings, if you have different DE you need to say ; (or are you talking about e.g. cpu/sound card directives)?
