Set Novell client as primary login

Right now I have Novell Client 2.0 SP2 installed on opensuse 11 and I am able to log in without any problems. I was wondering if there is a way to make the Novell login screen appear before the suse login screen like when the client is installed on a windows machine. Right now I have the client set to run in startup so when the desktop is loaded, the user is prompted to log in with the client to get their drives mapped and I would prefer that the user is prompted to log in with the Novell client first thing before anything else is loaded.

I have downloaded and installed openSUSE 11.1 and installed nclient and related packages. I can login only through the CLI. I would like to know your exact setup to duplicate it.
I am trying to get a school to switch from Windows to Linux and this would overcome a major obstacle.

Thanks in advance

I too work at a school and would also like to get the primary loging to be novell so as to restrict access to the PC if the user does not have a valid novell login. Have you made any progress or has anyone else any ideas?

Thanks
