sensors stupid configuration & other questions

Hello everyone,
I have an old Athlon64 acting as my home server.
I have this setup for ages but recently (after the upgrade to 42.2), started to have random locks.
In my attempt to see if there is something wrong with temps etc, I noticed that sensors have completely stupid settings:

k8temp-pci-00c3
Adapter: PCI adapter
Core0 Temp: +39.0°C

w83627thf-isa-0290
Adapter: ISA adapter
VCore: +1.09 V (min = +0.70 V, max = +1.87 V)
+12V: +12.40 V (min = +6.99 V, max = +11.43 V) ALARM
+3.3V: +3.14 V (min = +0.66 V, max = +3.15 V)
+5V: +5.01 V (min = +0.64 V, max = +4.29 V) ALARM
-12V: -11.70 V (min = -11.04 V, max = -14.91 V) ALARM
V5SB: +4.92 V (min = +2.37 V, max = +0.99 V) ALARM
VBat: +2.67 V (min = +2.30 V, max = +1.94 V) ALARM
fan1: 0 RPM (min = 788 RPM, div = 8) ALARM
CPU Fan: 1493 RPM (min = 860 RPM, div = 8)
fan3: 0 RPM (min = 5672 RPM, div = 2) ALARM
M/B Temp: +1.0°C (high = +14.0°C, hyst = +2.0°C) sensor = thermistor
CPU Temp: +30.5°C (high = +41.0°C, hyst = +40.0°C) sensor = CPU diode
temp3: +36.0°C (high = +80.0°C, hyst = +75.0°C) sensor = thermistor
cpu0_vid: +0.000 V
beep_enable: enabled

Obviously, it’s not possible to have the max values UNDER the min values and it’s not possible to have the Hysterical temp values at 2 degrees!

So, how do I configure them correctly?

Obviously Hysterical=Hysteresis…
