Be aware that each language pack installed here at the openSUSE forums comes with it’s own encoding. (UTF-8, ISO-8859-1, ISO-8859-2, etc.) In order to properly see the content in a specific language forum, you need to select that language. You can select it in the footer of any forum page, OR you can set your default language in the “Edit Options” section of the User Control Panel.
