My tentative way of reading it:

You have a SAMSUNG drive, with debian installed there. And the debian entry is for that. The “UEFI OS” entry will be for “\EFI\Boot\bootx64.efi” which is the default for booting a hard drive with no defined NVRAM entries. That’s probably also debian or it could be Windows.

Your USB stick is probably made by Kingston.
