security update problem

Hi, why if I don’t have Thunderbird installed openSUSE 11.4 insist to
install updates for it?

right click on the update (in YaST > Online Update) and mark it to
never update…

the bigger question of course is: Why would it try to update something
you don’t have?

i do not know the answer to that one…but, i reckon the reason is
spelled B-U-G, begin here:
