With only one 8G RAM stick installed, your RAM speed is only a little more than half the speed it is capable of . I recommend adding a matching 8G stick, both to increase RAM speed, and to make RAM used by iGPU relatively trivial. With most modern BIOS, the amount of shared RAM devoted to iGPU can be adjusted to need, commonly limited to a maximum of 1G, which would be 6.25% of 16G. Likely you don’t need to allocate more than 256M, or about 1.5%. You could limit it to 256M without adding more, and still only be allocating 3.125% of total to iGPU.
