Secondlife??

Hiya all

Kinda new to this whole Linux thing and im looking for some answers…hopefully they are out there. I apologize if this is in the wrong section. I’m trying to get Secondlife to run in suse with little to no luck. I managed to get it up and running in Ubuntu so I tried the same basic method and got no results. Im wondering if anyone has had success getting it to run in SUSE and if so…how??

Thanks in advance

Could you post what method you’re using to set secondlife up? And also which step is giving you problems?

Maybe wine can run this game. I don’t play games in suse, I am programmer and I use suse only to make programmes. Or in webpage of secondlife.

SL runs natively in Linux.

However, what we need are error messages or at least symptoms, unless we want to have a quiz show here. “no results” is not a sufficient error message.

Oooh, many Secondlifers will not like this. “Secondlife is a virtual world”, they will say, “not a game”.

@OP: could you please be more specific?
