I have used seamonkey as my prefered browser for years. However with opensuse 15.5 it exits after a few seconds when I move the mouse.
How can I fix? Firefox runs but I am not used to it.

@jpff Hi, if you open a terminal and run the command seamonkey
do you see any information on why itβs crashing?
Thanks. It says
/usr/bin/seamonkey line 140: 4127 segmentation fault (core dumped) $MOZ_PROGRAM β$@β exit 139
@jpff What is your desktop environment and are you running Xorg or Wayland?
No desktop as such. Fvwm with xterm and emacs.
Think it is xorg but I do not know. All on a computer that was new and only had 15.5
@jpff if you create a test user and login as that test user, does it still segfault? Just to eliminate a user $HOME issue.
Another test would be a different SM build. I use two, one from mozilla.org and the other from a Fedora dev who has patched iso8601 support into it. I keep both open 24/7 on 15.5/KDE3, still on 5.14.21-150500.55.7-default.
I loaded the latest version from mozilla and so far no problem.
Failed with creating a new user. My problem.
