It doesn’t work to change mouse scrolling to only 1 line. >:)

KDE
Thinkpad T61 trackpoint
Thinkpad T61 touchpad
In yast I don’t find anywhere to change mouse settings.
But in System Settings / Hardware / Input Devices it lists:
Mouse
&
Touchpad
I have set both of these scrolling speeds to 1 line where 3 was default. This has no effect in any app.
I hope there is a solution for this out there somewhere.
