Screensaver question

I was wondering if there is a package that has the source code for the screensavers that come with OpenSUSE, specifically, the Apple2 screensaver. I’d like to screw around with it a bit if it’s at all possible. I’m not sure if this is the right forum to post this in, and if not, I apologize.

Edit: I’d also like to kill the memory leak I’m watching occur on my system monitor.

memory leak

what do you get from ‘top’ in a terminal

Using top (and conky, which is what made me notice it earlier, along with someone complaining on a forum about it locking up after a long time running) the virt, res, shr and %mem columns climb in value whenever the screensaver cycles over. The amount isn’t that big of a deal, as I have two gigs of RAM plus my swap, but it’s still annoying.

I have read of issues some have had with screensavers - they end up disabling altogether.
