scp and sftp in openSUSE

Hi,
I hope someone can answer my question about scp and sftp in openSUSE 11.3. I tried to use internal sftpd and it was working ok but you cannot do scp with internal sftpd. Of couse i also want to chroot users in jail which internal sftpd allows you to do but you cannot scp. Are there any instructions how to do it or some of you know how it is done

scp uses ssh underneath, so you cannot get the benefits of internal sftpd. Just get a client that does sftp, then you have the chroot jail.

unfortunately I need both chrooted sftp as well as scp to be setup. Only sftp and scp should be allowed. Is there a way I can achieve this on openSUSE 11.3?

There’s no way you can do this with scp whatever the distro.

BTW you are in the wrong forum for asking questions. This is for providing howtos.

oops sorry. Thanks anyways for your help

No questions in this sub-forum, please. This one is for you to write
(howto) documentation and us to read and criticize it.
