SB Audigy LS unable to output sound

I have looked through the forums and have been unable to find a solution to this.

I use openSuse 11.0 with KDE4.
I installed openSuse a few days ago, and I have set everything up with the exception of the audio. I have followed the instructions in [Solution] Creative Audigy 1/2 + 11.0 + KDE/GNOME + ALSA - openSUSE Forums](http://forums.opensuse.org/hardware/386773-solution-creative-audigy-1-2-11-0-kde-gnome-alsa.html) but it did not help.

I have no idea what is wrong with it. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Try working your way through the openSUSE audio troubleshooting guide:

Don’t forget , when testing with your mixer for sound, to use the advice in the “creative audigy - solution” that you posted.

I’ll look through that guide. But the problem with that guide I linked to is that I don’t have the options for the SB audigy card I have.
