I get the same error when I try to change something in SaX2. It doesn’t matter what is the device.

Looks strange to me :\ It looked different when i used other distros.
Not really but I/m finding it a little strange it seems to be saying aticonfig-Screen[0]-0 referenced in ServerLayout doesn’t exist.
Yet we have Section “Screen”
Identifier “aticonfig-Screen[0]-0”
So I’m a little lost, did you follow the instructions here to get your xorg.conf?
Hopefully someone else maybe see what we’re missing other wise there is a variety of other ways of creating an xorg.conf.
i.e xorgcfg man page
rootr.net : man : xorgconfig(1)
I have both of these on my system which isn’t presently Suse but I suspect you’ll find them, not to mention I think you also have aticonfig(Something like that).
If you used aticonfig to create the xorg perhaps give the wiki way a try I believe it is not recommended to use aticonfig.
Sorry I’ll have to step out now unless it is glaringly obvious I gave up on ATI a few years ago.
