So I format the Windows 7 professional on my netbook because the partition is corrupted and I reinstall with Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit. When I start samba server on my computer with openSUSE 13.2, the samba shared folder didn’t detect in the Netbook with Windows 7 Ultimate! But previously the samba shared folder detected in the Netbook with Windows 7 Professional. Any problem?
I dunno
Can you confirm the network is visible with anything else?
Actually you could always boot a live Linux distro on your netbook and it should see the shares. Just to confirm.
Yes. I already ping the computer for samba server and the router and computer and router replies to the netbook perfectly.
