Samba connection issue

I am new to Opensuse. I installed Leap 42.2. and set up Samba through Yast. I keep getting this error when trying to connect. I had this problem before when I first started out using linux years ago and can’t seem to find out what I need to do to get it working.

Here is the error I am receiving:

Failed to retrieve share list from server: Connection timed out. The issue is with my hp80002 machine. I got my hp80003 machine working but don’t know what I did. They are both running Opensuse 42.2 Leap.

What do you need from my end to resolve this problem? Here is my smbtree output:
