Hi
Should be, just power on and hold down the option key, this will present the boot menu and can select the USB device to boot from.
Many thanks. I’ll give it a try.
Worked like a charm and is surprisingly fast using a USB2 connected HD. Now I need to find out how to make it persistent as Xterm does not keep its settings and the text is tiny. All of this because the Mac owner won’t let me install Leap via a Mac VM. Now if I could write to the Mac’s APFS files, that would make it perfect. FAT chance!
Thanks again.
