Hi everyone,
I cannot seem to access root’s mail via su. The system still checks my orginal username.
How can I read it w/o logging in as root. (I have disabled root login.)
Thanks,
WT

Hi
use su - not just su as this doesn’t pull in root’s environment or put
you in root’s home directory.
As an aside, why not update aliases file and send root mail to your
user name?

Hiya,
If you don’t like the command line, updating the aliases can be done rather
painlessly with webmin.
