rkhunter warns about sshd and openssl versions

Yesterday I updated rkhunter to the latest version:

rpm -qi rkhunter

Name : rkhunter Relocations: (not relocatable)
Version : 1.3.6 Vendor: openSUSE Build Service
Release : 9.1 Build Date: 2009-12-01T22:23:58 CET

Today I got the following warnings from rkhunter:

Warning: Application ‘openssl’, version ‘0.9.8h’, is out of date, and possibly a security risk.
Warning: Application ‘sshd’, version ‘5.1p1’, is out of date, and possibly a security risk.

Will these packages be updated in openSUSE 11.1 to “fix” this?

rkhunter fails because it checks the version string but doesn’t understand that the patches have already been rolled into the minor version update.
