Ripping Multumode CDs

I am ripping my music collection again. Right now I have one Ozzy CD that wont rip. K3b can’t open /dev/sr0 and Kaudiorecord reports Unknown Error on every track. Other CDs rip fine so I’m assuming it’s copy protected.

This CD is multimode: has data and music. K3b sees the tracks but wont rip them.

Try jRipper from Packaman

there are other there too you might try.

Wow, thanks. jripper actually worked!

I wonder why jripper could do it and others couldn’t. Everything is just a frontend for cdtowav, cdrecord, cdparanoia, etc. You would think anything would work.
