Resize swap-remotely

Hello to all and good day,
I have to resize swap to a larger one.

The problem is that I have to do via console because I cannot get to that computer.

1/I go to Yast.
2/I umount the /home partion.
3/Resize that partition
4/Go to swap partition BUT it doesn’t show the unsused space which I have after I did resize the /home.And I did rescan the partitions.

I have Opensuse 11.1.Is there anything I can do??

And the most strange is that neither the / partition sees that space.

Finally I did my job with cfdisk disappointed with yast :(:\
