Sir previously I have posted several times about installing vmware workstation on opensuse12.2 and I have not tried 12.3. I don’t know whether it is not working on my system only.
I am providing my hardware details below
AMD FX 4100 cpu
gigabyte 78 lmt s2p motherboard,
8GB ram
segate 500 GB harddisk.
Kindly try to install vmware workstation on the above hardware and provide any solution if possible and also I am requesting provide better support for vmware products in your future releases.

This is a community, and you are a member of that community. You are
thus responsible to do the testing yourself and report the issues you
find in bugzilla.

VMware workstation is a closed source commercial third party product, suggest you raise a service request on them… when I had issues in the past they have been responsive and fixed (took about 3 months, but they did fix…).
VMware workstation works fine under 12.2 and has
since 12.2 was released.
If it is not working then there is something wrong with
your setup/configuration. What the issue may be I don’t know.
Check all of your log files and see if there is something that can
shed light on the problem.
