Request for bspwm package update on Tumbleweed

Hi,

Not sure where to ask this, but the bspwm package could use an update.

The openSUSE:Factory official release is currently on version 0.9.7 - the 0.9.8 patch fixes some behaviour that is broken in 0.9.7 (specifically the change to removal_adjustment, making the spiral mode actually usable).

What is the proper procedure to request a package update? Or should I just be patient and wait for it to be updated in time?
