Repository initialization error

When I load Yast2 I always get this error.

An error occurred during repository initialization.
Specified path ‘/tmp/YaST2-02800-v76geW/tmp_install_repo’ is not a directory: file:/tmp/YaST2-02800-v76geW/tmp_install_repo

How can I resolve this? Thanks!!

I’m totally new to Opensuse and so far am liking it. I’m using LXDE on an old Lenovo T60

What’s the output from

 zypper lr -d

Apparently you somehow added this folder as installation source and it doesn’t exist any more.

Enter YaST->Software Repositories and remove it.
If you need further help, please post your repo list:

zypper lr -d

Thanks that worked. I’m going to watch some Opensuse videos on youtube. Any ones you recomend for beginners like me? Does it matter if I view videos of older versions of Opensuse?

Well older versions may not be the same so don’t expect exactly the same results.
