Repository for software like luakit, uzbl or conkeror?

Former Arch Linux user here.

I have added the packman repo. However, zypper couldn’t find luakit as well as uzbl - the lightweight browsers.
Does openSUSE not have any repository for such less-known, but really good software?

Go to the opensuse web page. Click on the big “get it” link. On the
resulting page, there is an iput box above - type there the name of the
package you want. If somebody packages it, it will tell you. If not, try:

No I don’t see luakit, uzbl or conkeror in software.opensuse.org or
packman. It is not being packaged for openSUSE.

But i could install xulrunner

sudo zypper in xulrunner

and
run the downloaded binary from
http://conkeror.org/InstallationUnix using command

xulrunner /path/to/conkeror/application.ini

GNOME 3.6.2
openSUSE Release 12.3 (Dartmouth) 64-bit
Kernel Linux 3.7.10-1.16-desktop

I tried both of them, thanks. Luakit - my preference - indeed is not present there. It seems I will have to grab an rpm from Fedora’s repos.

Thanks for the effort. However, I have settled down on luakit which has my preferred vim-bindings instead of emacs-bindings. I will grab the rpm from Fedora’s repos.

Hi
And you may have difficulty since some of the package names are
different and the luafilesystem wasn’t build for openSUSE 12.3…

I’ve built the latest version on luakit and lua51-filesystem in my
Miscellaneous home repository;
https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/home:malcolmlewis:Miscellanous/luakit
https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/home:malcolmlewis:Miscellanous/lua51-luafilesystem

http://software.opensuse.org/package/luakit?search_term=luakit
http://software.opensuse.org/package/lua51-luafilesystem?search_term=lua51-luafilesystem
