repositories/openSUSE:/11.1/standard

Hello,

I installed opensuse11.1 from the DVD (box). Now I’am wondering about a
repository: ‘Index of /factory/repo/oss’
(http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/openSUSE:/11.1/standard/)

Here, many packages are newer!?
Are the packages on the DVD old? Should I update to these newer
packages?

I found this repository when I searched for the package
“libnvtvsimple.so.0” which I need to install the packman version of
xine-ui to watch DVDs (todate, I did’t get this package, can’t install
the right xine-ui :’()

Greetings

Michael

Don’t use this repo now, as it’s actually a redirection to the last
Factory (11.2 alpha 0).

I guess this will be corrected soon.
