Repositories not found with DVD upgrade.

I have done 11.4 update from DVD on my two laptops and I’m trying to do my home machine now.

Problem is that the DVD update does not find any repos. I told the update system to set up wired network using DHCP and everything seems OK, when I check the box to use separate media during installation the system won’t find any community repositories and when I specify URL it simlply won’t connect to the repo. As for as I can tell there is a connection to the internet, but maybe not.

Any ideas?

There is no FF during the DVD upgrade procedure. You have to test with wget.
