I use kernel.org’s mirrors myself, not sure if the debug repos are there
or not, but I’d give that a try as that seems to be a fairly complete set
of repos.
What in particular are you looking to accomplish?

Why do you want them? The system chooses mirrors adequate for your
location automatically and dynamically every time you try to install or
update a package.

Tank you all for your help. I won to clarify two things. First I meant openSUSE-12.3-Update-Debug-Non-Oss and openSUSE-12.3-Update-Non-Oss and second this is just the zypper during update was complaining that need mirrors for those repos so I want to fix it.
Are you referring to this?
Apparently, one or more of the mirrors is out of date. About all you can do is choose from the mirrors that Malcolm has directed you to.
