But when trying to configure network, YaST2 says it needs to install the “lw package”, but the PC is offline
Is there any way to install using the pendrive that has the image.iso that I used to install OpenSuse?
I do not find a package with the name “lw” in the standard repos (OSS and non-OSS), thus it will certainly not be on the installation ISO.
BTW, when you installed from that device, it probably is in your repo list, but disabled. When you want to use it, just connect it to the system and enbale it temporary.

Yes, you can install that from the install media.
Start up Yast Software Repositories.
Your install pendrive should be already listed there as a repo, but it is probably disabled. So you must enable it.
And then you must disable all other repos. But carefully note what you do, because you will later need to re-enable them. By the way, the reason to disable all other repos, is because you don’t have a network and you will get a connection error if they remain enabled.
And then use Yast Software Management to install “iw”. After that, go back to Yast Software Repositories and restore repos to their original status.
The repo for your install media will probably look like “hd:///?device=” (followed by identification of the device). Look in the URL column for that. If it is not there, you can add it as a repo with the “Add” button. But it can be a bit tricky, because there are usually two partitions on that USB drive, and it is the second partition that you need to add as repo (the first partition is an EFI boot partition).
