Packman and the Libdvdcss Repository are not needed?
It is best to always use:
zypper lr -d
when posting repos. Your list omits the URL for the repos.
You probably have some duplicates there.

The repos with name starting âopenSUSE:â are there because of a service. This is because you have the package âopenSUSE-repos-Leapâ installed. You probably have Nvidia graphics, and that pulls in this service file. Those repos duplicate other repos that you have.
Having those duplicates wonât really cause any problems, though it might make updating a little slower.
