I reported a problem with software.opensuse.org. That issue is the only that still has private flag set. Is it some wrong in reporting? Or difficult to assign that problem to someone?

We normally report software bugs at https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Submitting_bug_reports.
And the advice is to discuss a problem here in the forums first to make sure it is a software bug and not just a misinterpretation of facts and to get support for your bug report.
You seem to have done something different.
Login, and modify the issue, set it to Public.
