OK, I figured out that the oss and non-oss repos had been moved to factory, but oss seems to be in constant flux. Trying to install software that has dependencies in oss can be a problem when the repo is constantly failing to refresh. Why isn’t there one off the 11.1-Beta3 distribution branch for stability??? :’(
I had this same problem when trying to update to beta 3-plus. It would fail to find the files and then after retrying would work again. Then it lost connection with the server and froze and when I restarted it I had a whole bunch of dependency issues. It takes a lot of work to upgrade a beta install, but I kind of expect it.
