Hi,
after a little mess with kde packages I’ve re-installed It from factory repos but the branding is disappeared, even with branding-openSUSE packages installed.
I think it’s because of a mess with repos and kde packages here the repo list:

Out of the others in your list add them if really required:
Mozilla
Wine
Games
Once you have that smaller list. Open a terminal become su and do
zypper ref
then
zypper dup
Then logout and back in.
Then do this
