i search alternative to replace ms outlook…

web application would be the best… but open to have a standard application

would like to be able to manage calendar, contact and email

Why not using Evolution, it’s a clone that comes very close to outlook. If you have access to an exchange environment which has the weboutlook active then you can even use evolution with exchange.

Or you can use MS outlook (any version) via the Codeweavers CrossOver plugin.

You can also use Thunderbird with the Lightning (calendar) plug-in.

Personal preference really.

What kind of account is it? I imagine if you google the type of account and thunderbird you’ll find guides for setting it up… it’s fairly ubiquitous.

Yes, do as Confuseling says, google the type of account (IMAP, POP, etc) you have along with Thunderbird and you should get very clear instructions on how to configure your account. It usually takes 5 or 10 minutes.
