removing plasma from kde

I forgot to add
kde control panel -> Default applications -> Window manager
and choose a different one than kwin (of course you need to have another one
installed, e. g. compiz or metacity)

or openbox if you’re looking for a lightweight alternative.

zypper in openbox-kde

KDE-Plasma=KDE3 - still available in the repos
