removing nvidia .run driver

Hello,
i installed the .run driver for my nvidia card but after this my card went dead and i replaced it with an ati card.
How can i remove the nvidia .run properly ?

Thanks :wink:

I’ve done this before, you can just execute the run with an --uninstall option.

For example : ./nvidia-(blah blah blah)-pkg1.run --uninstall

If that doesn’t work, I may have the exact flag wrong, but there is one available to do an uninstall.

Hi
run files normally have help… :wink:

sh NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-280.13.run --help
sh NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-280.13.run -A

gives us;
sh NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-280.13.run --uninstall
