How do I remove one of the choices in a Grub menu? Thanks in advance.

It’s not completely clear what you are looking for. However, there was an earlier thread with a similar title, and perhaps that provides a useful answer:

Thanks for the speedy response. Yes, I had searched and found the link you provided. But unfortunately I only read up to post #3 and not having deleted the OS in question (the topic at that pont) I did not read any further. Lazy! I have done that now and the solution is close at hand.
