Maybe you can do something with one of the pv utilities, like pvmove(8)
DESCRIPTION
pvmove allows you to move the allocated physical extents (PEs) on Sour-
cePhysicalVolume to one or more other physical volumes (PVs).
Of course you will need another disk with an LVM fs to be able to move the data.
