Hi. I’ve switched on Remote Administration (VNC) via YaST and it works fine with TIGHTVNC on my Vista box. The only issue is that if I close the TightVNC window, or it times out, etc when I reconnect to the same session (i.e. 192.168.0.1:1) it logs me in again with a new session, so I loose/cannot re access anything I had running…
I believe FreeNX allows you to reconnect to the same session, however with FreeNX you cannot use a normal VNC client (like TightVNC) which I want to use.
Is there a way to change Remote Administration (VNC) config to allow it to retain the session? Of is there a better VNC server that allows TightVNC type connections?
