I have installed yesterday OpenSuse Leap RC 15.6 on a new mini pc and on my old laptop. Everything looks fine till now, with one exception. If I create a new connection in Remmina ,than Remmina crashes. What’s interesting is that if I leave the default name “Quick Connect” than everything is fine. It happens the same on both machines.
I am using XFCE, but I always do a minimal install (server install) and then I install the xfce_basis pattern. I do this because I don’t want the xfce goodies. I installed also RC15.6 inside a VM, but this time with XFCE from the default install option. Here everything is fine. I am not sure if the difference it makes is that is a VM or the because I installed remmina separate on my physical machine(maybe I miss a dependency? But in 15.5 I always did the same and everything was fine)
Yes, you are right. But from Remmina the user can use both VNC and RDP connections. It’s such a good tool. Now in RC 15.6 is more stable than in the beta version. In Beta it was unusable. Let’s see in the final release. I posted here to report it as a bug Thanks!
