It would seem that the clock is based on CEST (makes sense since a lot of
the development takes place in Germany).
But “23 hours” (or 22 as it says now) would be from “now” wherever you
are.

I would have figured with Novell being based in Waltham, Massachusetts, that Eastern Standard time would be used.
Hmmmm… don’t think that it makes any difference where they are and/or where we are. 22hrs is 22hrs. So for each notice just add the hour count to your current time and that will the the release time… no?? yes??
