Hi!
After update to 11.4 I found that system’s PC speaker frequently beeps without any apparent reason.
Why this can happen and how to mitigate this?
u can always mute beep sound in alsamixer 
This probably indicates some system fault, I just want to know why it beeps.

look in your system sounds settings (Applications and System
Notifications in Configure Desktop on my system–you didn’t declare
yours), and see which ‘beep’ it is you are hearing…
then, you can see what all you have that sound activated against…
then, you can disable each activation until you learn what is causing it…
sorry, i don’t know how to learn easier…maybe there is a system sound
log, somewhere i don’t know…
or! maybe it is not coming from your desktop or operating system, but
rather from your hardware/bios ??

I do not use the beep in my pc, but yes you can use alsamixer for that.
In which logs? I do not know where to look…

/var/log/ - all logs are there.

Only if the cable from the board is connected to the sound card.
