hi everybody.
does anyone know how to redirect audio output in suse 11 so that line-in jack is used for front-out? my front-out jack went dead, and i’d like to use another jack if that is possible.

how to re-direct audio from one jack to another is, I think, controllable by a programme called “jack” that you may or may not have installed;
Nabble hosts a jack forum, Nabble - Jack Audio forum and you should definitely go there for advice on jack;
but you may find getting the hardware in your computer repaired is less brain-taxing than getting your head around how to operate “jack”!!

As for new hardware i have in plan a new and better audio card, but until then jack will be more than enough.
And keybord… well it works again
